This shop is created and run by me (Calpi).

I am based in Singapore.

I sell fan merchandise that I personally draw and design, as well as items I produce in collaboration with other artists.

I help some artist friends to sell some of their merchandises as well. The listing will be labelled "sell on behalf of" in the title or the content.

We ship worldwide!

Orders shipped outside of Singapore will use tracked mail, and a tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country are not included in the item price and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping & Pre-Order Timelines: Ready-Stock Items: Usually shipped within 1–2 weeks.Pre-Order Items: Subject to the pre-order period and manufacturing time. The estimated timeline will be stated in the pre-order item description.

Packaging: All orders will be shipped in bubble envelopes. Blankets and tote bags will be shipped in waterproof bags.

Delivery Time: Registered mail generally takes 2–3 weeks to arrive. If your package does not arrive within this timeframe:

• If the tracking history shows that the parcel has arrived in your country, please contact your local post office first for assistance.
• If the tracking shows that the parcel is still in Singapore, feel free to reach out to me for help!
  
  

If a parcel is returned to me (due to issues such as rejected delivery or the post office being unable to deliver), I can ship it again at your request if you are willing to cover some of the shipping fee again. Alternatively, I can refund the price of the item (excluding the shipping cost).

Due to limitation in the shipping fee template, the shipping fee calculated by Shopify system may not be accurate for bigger orders, especially when the order contains prints.

For group orders or individual print>10 pcs, the system may over-charge on shipping cost. I will refund the extra shipping fee after the parcel is prepared and shipped out.
